SINGH who tend to pass this Noble Profession onto the further generations- to his daughter Ms. Deepika, Advocate and to his Daughter’s Daughter Ms. Shreya, Advocate. Backed by sound academic credentials and licensed from Bar Council of India and Bar Council of Delhi with an opportunity of rigorous training under proficient lawyers and Justice of Supreme Court of India, Ms. Shreya ardently represent client interests and wellbeing by working diligently to analyze cases and minimize the risk. From the very initial years, Ms. Shreya has Proven success in advantageous settlements and favourable verdicts.
Ms. Shreya, from the very beginning of her Educational Journey visualised the dream of reaching out to the people’s legal problems globally. Her legal aspirations started to take shape when in her formative years when she started working under Hon’ble Mr. Justice N.V. Ramana (Formerly , Chief Justice of India). Experiencing different Civil and Criminal Disputes from each State of the country,
Ms. Shreya decided to take a step forward and establish “The Quintessential” that would help people nationally and globally, disentangling Legal issues, amicably. Ms. Deepika is a successful Practicing Advocate with a Professional working experience of 30+ years in Litigation Sector in and around India. She started her Legal Career in 1992 by appearing in the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court and other District and Session Courts throughout India. The Counsel has been appointed as Government Counsel for various Government Departments and has rendered services to all the Courts including Central Administration Tribunal, Press Council of India, National Commission, State Commission and Consumer Forum etc.
She has progressively contested various cases of Electricity Boards on behalf of NDPL & BSES, and cases on behalf of Govt. of NCT of Delhi (L&B Department) in High Court of Delhi as well as District Courts. Ms. Deepika, had opportunity to contest a criminal case pertaining to Chief Minister of Delhi. Further she was also called upon to hold Lok Adalat (Court) in Tis Hazari Court by Delhi Legal Aid Services being the Senior Member of the Bar. She has immense practice pertaining to Mediation and Arbitration cases both by contesting them before the Mediator and Arbitrator has also disposed off many matters in the capacity of being the Arbitrator. She holds a principled standing at the bar. She has an extensive experience in marital counselling, Family settlements, corporate practice and other civil and criminal litigations and her indomitable and comforting personality has earned a substantial clientele satisfaction across the country.

Mr. Vikram has been providing his dynamic knowledge and wisdom to the Quintessential from the very beginning. After completing his Educational Degrees from Bharti Vidyapeeth University, Pune, India and M.E.R.I, Mr. Vikram started his Business from where he gathered immense experience of Business and Modern Trends in the field of Management. With that expertise, Mr. Vikram, joined the legal profession with a view to escalate his career in the Legal Field as well. Hence, having best of both worlds, Mr. Vikram is all geared in assisting The Quintessential with his versatile knowledge and wisdom.
